For this exhibition, I created the digital campaign which included an exhibition teaser video used in broadcast, web, and social, as well as other digital assets for the web. The teaser video's creative was borrowed by the Brooklyn Museum for their digital campaign, due to its success in the Seattle market. It was nominated for and won a 2016 AAM Muse Award Honorable Mention award for Excellence in Film, Video, and Computer Animation. This was one of my first projects in this position at SAM, and the first 100% in-house video that SAM had done in years. I was excited to lend my expertise in video production to the design team, and ever since then creating exhibition videos has been part of their standard exhibition marketing materials.
I also helped create a series of videos with the artists in the exhibition, talking about their works that were in the museum's permanent collection. This series has since been expanded and is still ongoing today.
